From his initial introduction, Jan Shane was very professional and pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and he took a lot of time discussing the Honda HR-V vehicle and the sales and negotiation process was straightforward and I appreciated his honesty. The final delivery service he provided was great! Jan Shane took a lot of time going over the features of the vehicles with me with a lot of patience, humor and laughs. I highly recommend purchasing or leasing your new Honda from him.
